Fresh Eggs

Our laying hens are raised in our pasture and moved weekly, this allows the hens to explore and aggressively forage that area. Their diet is supplemented with a Virginia grown Non-GMO feed.

The added nutritional gain from being pastured is evident in the darker, boldly flavored yolks.

Eggs are $7 per dozen.

Pastured Poultry

Our chickens are pastured and rotated throughout our fields regularly, allowing them to have access fresh forage. Their diet is supplemented with a Virginia grown, Non-GMO feed. They are not given any vaccines or antibiotics.

Individually Packaged Poultry:
Whole chickens: $5 per pound
Drumsticks and Wings: $7 per pound
Thighs: $10 per pound
Breasts or Tenders: $13 per pound

Large Poultry Package: $300
The poultry package is designed to offer a variety of pastured poultry from our freezers in a ready-to-grab bag. The small poultry package is portioned with two adults in mind and the large poultry package is portioned to be family sized.

Grass Fed Beef

Our cattle are 100% grass fed (grass fed and grass finished). Our cattle are moved frequently throughout paddocks, this allows our cattle access to fresh, in-season grasses and protects our pastures from being overgrazed.

Beef Share Reservations: $5.50 per pound hanging weight, Spring 2025.

Soup Bones - $4 per pound
Shanks: $6 per pound
Ground beef: $9 per pound
Round Roast: $10 per pound
B/O Chuck Roast: $12 per pound
Ribeye: $26 per pound
Boneless Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Tri Tip and Flank Steak: $15 per pound
T-Bone, B/I Ribeye and New York Strip: $22 per pound
Filet Mignon: $32 per pound

Pastured Pork

Our pigs are pastured and rotated through paddocks, which allows our pigs continuous access to a variety of nutritious forage while simultaneously acting as a regenerative force in our fields. Their diet is supplemented with a locally grown, Non-GMO feed.

Pork Share Reservation: $5.50 per pound hanging weight, Spring 2025.
